Ariel Theatrical

Ariel Theatrical, a nonprofit organization, provides year-round programs in theatre arts for children and adolescents in Salinas, California. The organization's mission goes beyond theatre, aiming to inspire young people to understand personal integrity, respect for others, and acceptance of responsibility for choices made.

This mission is rooted in helping young people learn to lead principle-centered lives. Founded by Gail Higginbotham, the organization was created to provide a place for children in Monterey County to learn and grow.

Key principles such as Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Excellence, and Leadership guide the organization. Programs include dance workshops, mini-camps, and performances like Wonderland!, The Bear Went Over the Mountain, and Seussical TYA, which provide opportunities for young people to learn and grow through enacting stories on stage with purpose and positive moral messages.

Theatre arts programs are designed to help young people develop important life skills. By participating in these programs, children can gain valuable experience and build their confidence.
